So I jumped out of their truck and waved goodbye. Then I tried to jog but fell over and got scratched up.
I couldnt figure out how to get to my house and ended up about 7 kilometers south of my house. I had jumped over a fence into a private park.
Thankfully I had sent my location to my wife and she picked me up before the security could bother me.
Since I had more or less stopped drinking for years it hit me pretty hard.
Currently I have no intention to drink.
As far as lifting weights. I am around 6'1" and currently 200lbs and 37 years old, and while I am not the strongest guy I do enjoy powerlifting. My deadlift is around 400lbs which I feel is alright.
However my knees have been killing me. When I am doing kickboxing regularly and my cardio is almost peaked I get down to around 180 and I feel it's a healthier weight.
I've been heavier before up to around 205lbs and didnt have any issues running, but I think getting older it's better to be lighter, I think I will try and maintain around 188.
