Rampage sounded like he didn't even want to fight Shogun in an interview before their Pride fight. He was beaten before he even got in the ring.

I agree with the guy who mentioned the TUF fights.

Liddell, Sherk, Rampage, Hughes, Belfort, and Franklin can't possibly be mentioned in this category. They have fought the best in their respective weight classes and came out on top most times. You may be misinterpreting the forum topic.

- A man named Pardeul (I think) when he fought Marco Ruas years ago comes to mind.
- Heath Herring lost it vs Nogueira in their UFC fight - he should have finished him but panicked.
- Nathan Marquardt not making weight for a title fight. WTF???
- Bisping vs Hamill, Evans. He's overrated and he knows it.

I can see Hughes retiring after his next overwhelming defeat to GSP. So long Matt.

Maybe Chuck and Sherk but Matt Hughes is never like that. Especially against GSP he was still goin for it but jus couldnt handle it. The dude who fought Kimbo slice gave up after one punch so thats the best example

TheiViyth211 wrote:1.Chuck Liddell...when hes in a fight where he is pressured he cant handle it(the 2 fights with Rampage)

2.Sean Sherk...when GSP smashed his nose he screamed and basically gave up(i dont care how much it hurts, you're a fighter, DO NOT scream)

3.Matt Hughes...*same as Chuck*(with the GSP and first BJ Penn fights)
Favorite Fighters:
Mousasi, GSP, Jacare, Liddell, Aoki, Lauzon, Nick Diaz, Frank Shamrock, Cro Cop, Mir

You're right he was talking about Shogun but taking shots from Shogun isn't too far off from taking them from Silva so my opinion of Rampage really isn't changed.

Brock Lesnar vs. Frank Mir. In all fairness it was his first fight in the ufc but that was a loose knee-bar that Lesnar was about to slip out of and he panicked and tapped.

Franklin didn't so much crumble under pressure as much as he just got beat. Franklin gave his whole heart but had no answers to the clinch. I think he has moved past that now though, and looks like he will have some answers this time around if they were to have a third match up.

While Vitor may crack under pressure....a gif of him throwing punches from the bottom while his opponent is in full mount maaaaaay not be the best way to illustrate that point...
