If any of you complete morons bother to watch the full clip of the fight he was assaulting her (by legal definition) before she slapped him.A brain dead lawyer that frequents cesspools like this site, could easily prove that. When someone tries to retreat and the other person forcibly prevents said retreat, most states call that assault. On top of that as someone else pointed out, he slapped her around like 3 times and, at least tried to, kick her. Regardless if the kick landed is some one poses little threat and but does commit an assault you can't escalate to the level of becoming the threat that Dana did. At least in most states and municipalities. Dana is just offering further proof he is the piece of shit his mother says he is and any half decent already thinks he is. It looks like she hit him a hell of a lot harder than he hit her. anyways, personally I'd never hit a woman, and I've been punched and slapped a few times before by the fairer sex.
