Kanye West says a LOT of really stupid and indefensible stuff but he is 100% correct here.

First, George Floyd deliberately ingested a LETHAL DOSE of fentanyl during a tragic stop where he was being questioned for passing counterfeit bills. ANOTHER felony in a long line by a career criminal.

Second, he KNEW that he was going away for life because of the funny money and his possession of drugs, which is why he took the fentanyl…to try and hide it from the cops. HE killed himself but likely thought he could tolerate the dose as he was a chronic drug user.

Third, a person cannot talk for minutes if they cannot breathe. He was having a panic attack because he knew he was going to die in prison. Where he belonged before he moved to Minnesota. He was talking through the entire encounter and playing it up hoping the hope of a doomed man that he could get out of his crimes.

Cops often out their knee on the neck of a person who is resisting arrest. George Floyd was a large man with a long and violent criminal past. They suspected correctly that he was on drugs (he was known to police) and ensured that he was not going to get up and fight them. Is knee on neck normal, or always necessary? No. Was it here? MAYBE not. Emphasis again on MAYBE. That isn’t what killed him. George Floyd died because he was a stupid, selfish career criminal.

He made a bad choice that day when he decided to leave home and try to pass counterfeit money. Whether he had the fentanyl on him when he left home or picked it up later is irrelevant, but the fact that he definitely committed one felony while possessing a deadly drug, given his long criminal history, was a stupid choice by someone who never learned his lesson.

He didn’t learn it even when he decided to take the fentanyl (which is the official and actual cause of his death), but eventually did when it killed him.

George Floyd and the repeated bad choices he made, beginning years before in Texas, are the only things that killed George Floyd. The officer who was convicted of his death was railroaded by a biased jury and a proven left wing state government and legal system that favours criminals and minorities over lawful police actions.

Kanye is a nut job, probably an arrogant asshole, but he’s right and anyone who supports George Floyd can eat shit and die.
