Jose Aldo Retires

Postby SpeakEasy » Mon Sep 19, 2022 2:23 pm

He's called it quits, I truly hope he stays retired.

Greatest Featherweight of all time or one of them at least, easily one of the most exciting of all time.

Aldo helped MMA/UFC/ and fighters in general evolve. He was a killer before we knew what one really was. He brought so much talent, speed, and power.
Live long and prosper! :hand1:

Inb4 his BKFC debut
“You cannot reason someone out of a position they did not reason themselves into. This idea is an expression of tribal identity politics and existential dread, not reason. A rational statement cannot—can never—have the slightest effect on an irrational belief.”

I posted that in the not big news thread. I also see him fighting in Bellator, PFL or BKFC for big money. Marlon Moraes is doing just that (well, not sure if he'll get paid a lot though).
How I feel about all of you Linker degenerates!

The GOAT featherweight indeed. He was an absolutely incredibly well rounded fighter in his day. Really only his gas tank would occasionally be problematic but he also went 10 rounds with Edgar and won all of them and barely broke a sweat

What a legend indeed! he will be always remembered. One of the best every without a shadow of a doubt
