Always found one of the worst qualities about linkers was their massive homo obsessions over fake wrestling / wrestlers.

I don’t think many of us watch it anymore but it was a big part of our childhoods. I stopped watching it in my teens (late 90s) and watched occasionally after that for a few years just to see how my old faves were doing. I haven’t watched it in years. It’s just not the same without the old school guys.

Thanks bruins, I’ll check this out. Chris Benoit should be an interesting one

Warrior is such a negative Nancy.

Agreed. I can't watch it anymore because it just plain sucks and the wrestlers are not the same quality. But being a kid in the 90's wrestling was fucking amazing. The guys of today aren't even fit to lace up Hogan, Stone Cold, Rock, Triple H, Scott Hall or Flair's boots. That shit was so fucking good in the mid and late 90's. Had to seriously consider whether I would prioritize nitro or raw every Monday.

Never knew Benoit walked around the house for a few days with his dead wife and kid just rotting away. Broke his wife’s back too. What a bastard.

Quit being a fan of "fake" wrestling decades ago during the NWO era it just got to be so so lame more talk then action. That being said went to my last event in high school with some friends we all knew it was "fake" just entertainment & that it was for sure they all put on a good show.

The show is very interesting IHMO to see & hear the BTS stuff about wrestlers that latest one actually missed premier but watching currently & Chris Benoit was 100% definately one of the very 1st major clear cut cases of an athelete with CTE.

Idk if I missed it since only seen a couple season 1 shows but Andre The Giant is one I def wana see about. As a kid was one of my favs to love to hate & now as an adult would say my fav wrestler ever cuz w/o em things during his time wouldn't have been near as good to watch. But after seeing other documentries & YT vids IMHO one of the very most intersting wrestlers & people to know more about being one of the most liked gentle nice guys in his entertainment bussiness love em or hate em can't remembner hearing any other wrestler have nothing bad to sya but praise about the guy unlike other wrestlers that guys will say were jerks & full of themselves jackasses in or outside the ring.

If you like the feeling of the old days, watch NJPW or AEW. Both are quite good.

He is. I'll agree with you there. IMO, wrestling is no different than someone acting on a movie or theater or anything like that. It's entertainment.

Agree with you there but now days is horrid worse then b-movie or soap opera acting, hell the soap operas on the spanish channel have better acting then these wrestler clowns have now days & I have no clue wtf thy're even saying but can follow the storyline better still.

Now days seems wrestlers doing reality TV after they've made a name for themselves is what they focus on more then anything they do in wrestling.

On another note the Chris Benoit story is just sorta heart wrenching & chokes you up to think how it all went down they way WWE handled it being partly responsible for it then treating the family / friends by blacklisting the entire thing like to erase it completely from memory. Along with pushing other wrestlers to fear for their livelyhood & jobs if they reached out to help but was glad to see some of em din't give a damn.

Also feel bad for some of these guys who had been around from the hay days to now to think of all the friend & co-workers they watched die like one after the other while a scumbag like Vince McMahon just used these ppl & their deaths for publicity rather then look out for em.
