Fearless6691 - Time to get strong

Back ground on meh:
My dream one day is to be a professional fighter. Growing up I was always beat up and bullied by my older brother who was 2 years older then me. I was a very small kid growing up, and my older brother play left tackle for a D1 college, so you can understand that there was some size difference growing up. At the age of around 15 I went to my uncles and he was a huge fight fan. I noticed that BJJ was huge tool. I started teaching myself submissions from random Youtube videos or rewinding fights. I started hitting guillotines on people when they tackled me, then I was hooked. At the age of 17 I started running to get ready for boot camp and that was my first real athletic training. I learned some martial arts in the Marines but not any sport techniques. When I got accepted into an officer-ship program I enrolled into a college, and that is when my real training began. I started going to the martial arts studio down town. I started Judo and then MMA. Judo was gay as fuck in my mind because if you take the pajamas off it is useless.
My jitz coach noticed some potential in me and took me under his wing. He took me to start training with him at his BJJ gym. I started to really get hooked, and after training for a few months I did my first tourney. I placed first in the open weight beginners division. Even though technique is a huge part of MMA and BJJ, so is strength and endurance. I do strong man training to increase my explosiveness. If there is any little thing that pro fighters do I am down for it. Olympic lifts, proper nutrition, circuits and I even own an elevation mask.

Today

Basketball - 45min - medium intensity
Squat:
5x105
5x115
5x125
5x135
5x155
Sprints:
5x40
10 Walking lunges with 30's each side

Side note: I am a terrible basketball player, but it is awesome cardio. I play with my buddies who are also terrible at basketball, so it is a fun way for me too warm up and work up a good sweat when I am not at the studio.

Indoor or outdoor? I played indoor in college. Middle blocker ftw.

Indoor. We won the first game 20-3 I served a 13 point streak and then we ended up losing the series.. It was gay for sure. We play a 20 20 15 point system.

Thank you sir. If I had a weight belt I think I could get 330 tonight. I am not trying to push the issue without a belt though. I feel like my back is going to snap with 315 far before my muscles can't do it.

2.5.12

Bench 5x5 105 115 125 135 145
Dips 5x10
BOR 5x10 55

I did all of this in a very fast circuit style rotation with two buddies. I like the intensity a lot and got a good pump.
