Bombermans Log

So im a new member and was very interested in the strength and conditioning and nutrition forums and came across a routine from Smith. Ive been molding my body seriously now for over a year and was looking for something "different" i'll stick with this for a month or so and see where it takes me. Today was experiment day to figure out what weight to use.

Stats: 22yrs, 6'2'', 220lbs

1/11/10
Deadlifts:
(warm up) 135x10, 205x10, 225x8, 245x5, 245x4

Pull ups:
(didnt have a belt to weigh down so...) 0x10, 0x12, 0x8, 0x6

BOR:
155x6, 155x5, 155x5, 155x4

Weighted sit ups (used a machine)
150x10, 200x8, 180x8, 180x5

(additional bicep)
Preacher:
90x8, 100x6, 100x5, 100x4

Again i was trying to figure out what weight to use in order to get the 5 rep area, comments welcome if i did it wrong...

Welcome to the forums and it is good to see another member in the log forum. Currently I am rehabbing from shoulder surgery but I keep up with everyone's logs on here. Just don't pull an Agonz.

Dips:
12,11,10,8

was burnt out after the dips so no additional tri work out, but im really liking this set up allot!

Leg Press: 4X-360x4 (wasnt ready to try and figure out front squats yet)

Calf Rise: 4X-150x10

Good Mornings: 65x10, 3x-85x10

Lol yeah, i didnt get where i am today by quitting. Before i moved for school i was over weight and smoking, i moved up to indy and lost 50lbs, quit smoking and put on pounds of muscle. The results and the feeling of satisfaction kept me going, now im going to look for a good mma inspired gym for MT and BJJ and hopefully compete locally.

Dumb row: 80x9, 80x8, 80x7, 80x6

Weighted Situps: 180x13, 180x10, 180x8, 180x6

Preacher: 90x12, 90x7, 90x5

didnt want to over due the bi's so i stopped short on the preacher.

Also for the weighted situps I'd do it on a decline bench with a weight up by your neck. Better than any crunch machine.
