Some how i've gotten stronger despite becoming more lazy.
I started doing 10 reps of 185. I was never able to do that in the past. Now to to move onto 200ib.

Damn Dude! kinda sounds like my workout. When I can do 10 reps for 10 sets I move up in weight. Keep going buddy, depending on BW you are etting to some rare aire

Haha thank you. 10 reps is always the mile stone. I'm var happy since i only weigh 165. For me toe exceed my own weight feels var good.

Bench: 265 pounds 5x5
Deadlift: 390 pounds 2x5
Squat: 300 pounds 5x5
Overhead Press: 150 pounds 5x5

Anyone notice their camera slow down a bit after a while. Reboot fixes it but Just wondering?

deadlift 465~ ish
squat 365~ ish
bench is like 255 still. fuckin sux m8. been off for a while with some nerve damage in the ol' leg. recovery is slow as fuck.

What weight do you start to use switch grip on deadlift / what's your body weight now?

I switch grip after four plates. I'd hook grip but I'm too much of a bitch

my body weight is around 190~195

Hook grip gets tough for me at 365lbs, at that point I've been just using straps instead of going switch grip. To be honest I'd rather use the switch grip because I feel way more manly without the straps, but it's soooo much harder to engage both lats with the switch.

yeah I don't think doing rep work with switch grip is worth it. chalk up, if grip starts failing there's nothing wrong with straps unless you plan on doing a meet.

Got 20 reps of 205 on bench press. Body weight 178.

Finally got 300lb on bench press. Actually hit it pretty easy and then repped it again about a minute later. Next major goal be 350. Probably will never happen, lol.
