RTD Protein Shakes

I usually grab a pack or two of RTD protein shakes when I'm out shopping. They are very convenient. I keep them in the fridge, and I'll grab one from time to time. I usually buy Muscle Milk (whey main protein), Muscle Milk Lite (casein main protein), or Myoplex Lite (soy main protein). I can drink the MM Lite at night, the MM post-workout, and the Myoplex Lite anytime. Sometimes I'm in a hurry and I just grab one of these instead of mixing a shake of whey or casein. What do you guys think? Have you used RTD's? What are some good ones? bad ones? etc.

If you have the money! Also, I wouldn't suggest this. Most of those pre mixed proteins have a lot of extras in them that are not too good for you.

what is RTD's?
Does that mean ready to drink?

I'm pretty sure all of them contain high levels of heavy metals and arsenic. Not to mention lots of sugar or dextrose.

Edit: wasnt aware of how old this was. Still relevant in a way

Yeah, it's ready to drink. Just thought I would solicit opinions. However, I've stopped using them completely. I talked with some very knowledgeable trainers that advised me not to use them at all.

It seems like a good option but they are marketed towards people who care too much about taste.
