just had my 1st class!

hi guys ive just started training bjj its 1 2hour session a week at the moment i just wanted to see if anyone could offer any advice regarding conditioning training.i would eventually like to enter tournaments and compete so any tips would be massively appreciated

Don't try to learn to much to fast. Just keep drilling the basics.

conditioning routines r basically the same 4 all sports just little modifications with each but def gotta start running or if a pool is nearby swimming is really good 2 but on some days when u do weights u dont have 2 try 2 max out sometimes doing 3sets or 15reps is gonna get ur muscles burning as well as get ur muscles used 2 longer bursts
