I remember Randy coming back at his advanced age, I couldn't help but root for him. He not only fought, but he won. He didn't win all of them, but was competitive enough to make you believe.

What Old School guys are still competing and can still win fights? Any left?

Depends on your definition of old school mr sir. sir mr sir. here are a few random examples i can think of

Shinya Aoki debuted in 2003 and has 53 fights. He beats high level competition still

Eddie Alvarez debuted in 2003

Kawajiri debuted in 2000 and just beat a Russian prospect who was 8-0 at the time

Sapo Santos debuted in 2000 and has 79 fights on his record. is 6-3-1 in his last ten fights

Travis fulton i am sure is still fighting on the independent scene and getting victories at times

Aldo is borderline old school and still beating top tier guys

masvidal is old school and his stock is as high as its ever been currently

Shogun is somehow still fighting and beating guys in the top 10 despite being legally braindead by several different legal measurements.

Olyiinik and the Reem also are somehow fighting still and beating guys in the top 10

How many years fighting top competition must one have to be considered "old school"

I remember Randy shooting 2- 4 times the testosterone produced by a normal male into his veins.

Overeem. Debuted in 1999 and still fighting ok even though it's a tad boring and safe at times.

Machida. 2003, 4 fight win streak and just smashed Chael's head in.

Urijah Farber Beans. He just destroyed the fuck out of a hot prospect and is on a 2 fight win streak.

Great call on these. Faber especially. Coming outta retirement at 40 to smash a good up and comer. Respect
