Upcoming ONE FC events

Postby Mr Meow » Thu Jun 22, 2017 2:47 pm

In the next few months there are a couple of ONE FC events. ONE FC is an organization in Asia that organizes trained martial artists to fight each other within the confines of a cage. These fighters use their shins, fists, and elbows as weapons.

Also ONE FC judges the fight as a whole and not round by round, they have yellow cards, they also have knees to downed opponents head's and a weigh in system that involves no weight cut and fighters fighting people their own size.

So I know all you slack jawed faggggggggots are more interested in bickering about Mcgregor, Nate and Gayweather, but this topic has nothing to do with any of them. For that I apawlogize and can only beg for repentance and forgiveness from you the linker community.

First up we have ONE FC "Light of a Nation." which takes place on June 30th in Yangon Myanmar. Start time at 8 in the morning. Sorry for offending you with that.

The Main event is a rematch for the Middleweight title. Vitaly Bigdash (9-0) (champ) vs the Challenger, and hometown hero Aung La N'sang (19-10)

Also on the card is former title challengers Jenny Huang (6-1) vs Mei Yamauchi (16-10), Zhong Qi Yang (2-0) vs Kevin Chung (5-0) Bruno Pucci (5-2) vs Jimmy Yabo (5-4)

Myanmar is a lovely country full of quality hoooooookers where i first received my nickname "turbo jizz torpedo three thousand." However it also has a lovely sport called "Lethwei" or "Bermese bare knuckle boxing" which has been around for over 300 years. On this card ONE will put on two Lethwei fights with local lethwei fighters. In Leithwei they fight bareknuckle, use throws but no ground game, they also use headbutts and have no rounds but fight till the fight is over

Basically Lethwei is badass as fuck and I will enjoy watching these crazy Bermese dudes fight bareknuckle till one can not stand anymore

Spoiler:
Bigdash vs N'Sang is also a fight I am very interested in. Sang took the first fight on 10 days notice and did decently well. However Bigdash won the fight via decision and that was his first decision. I expect Bigdash to win again but probably get a finish despite N'Sang's toughness and full camp this time around

The next event we have is ONE FC in Surabaya, Indonesia on July 29th. I also Apawlogize for offending you again.

The main event is a rematch for the flyweight title between champion Karat Akhemtov (24-0) vs Interim champ Adriano Moraes (16-2)

Also on the card is Toni Tauru (11-5) vs Leandro Issa (13-6), Marcin Prachino (11-2) vs Gilberto Galvao (29-5) and former boxing champ Yodsanan “Little Tyson” Sityodtong (4-1 in mma) (58-3 in boxing) vs Jerome Paye (3-3) amongst other bouts to be named later.

Spoiler:
This card is looking pretty good this far. The rematch with AKhmetov and Moraes will be a great main event.
The first fight was razor close and both fighters are very evenly matched. Both can strike and grapple, moraes with a muy thai and bjj style and Akhmetov with a boxer-wrestler style. Akhmetov moving to Jacksons and getting healthy I think with buoy him to another win over moraes but its too close to call.

Issa I think will submit Tauru in the battle of grapplers with limited striking. PRachino vs Galvao is a very interesting match up. Tall and lanky striker with great cardio vs short stocky luta livre grappler with a limited gas tank. I think it all depends on who implements the strategy better but I will lean towards Prachino because he beat a good wrestler in Jake Butler last fight.

So there is the upcoming ONE Schedule for the rest of the summer unless they form a card for August soon as well. I hope you all enjoyed the reading and do not forget to go fuck yourselves you weird little pricks  Just remember when in doubt "Super lighting-silver lining."
Officially 8-2 in sig bets. *pats back*

I think the June card sucks, while the July card is awesome! Kairat vs Moraes should be good, always nice to see Prachnio. They dropped the ball by not doing Prachnio vs Bigdash.

Yeah I agree for the most part. June's card is not spectacular. However I love watching Bigdash fight and the 2 Lethwei fights will be a real hoot too

Prachino vs Galvao will get the next title shot I bet.

I am so glad Akhmetov got healthy he has not fought in ages. Fun fighter.

Honestly I really enjoy most ONE cards.

I would say I enjoy it more or less the same as the UFC. The talent is less but it's entertaining and I can see the potential the organization has. It has a real chance evolve into the largest MMA organization in the world.

Mitch Chilson is irritating but then again so is Rogan. Unlike with Rogan I can at least watch Chilson get kicked in the head.

he Kairat Akhmetov vs. Moraes should be a good one.

I gotta ask which ONE card had the Silat fighters or the silat competition?

I was really hoping Saygid Dagi would be on one of thse cards, but he isn't and that is a bummer. some of these events looks solid though.

It is the card in Indoneessssssia on the 29th ( I am fairly certain)

Yeah I have wanted to see Dagi again since his BS DQ loss. Dude is a beast and is only getting better. Something about him makes me think he is a special athlete/fighter.

Adriano Moraes, Marcin Prachnio and Kairat Ahmetov need to go to the UFC after their contracts with ONE are up, this sucks, and they barely fight. Marcin had to go on instatgram and complain about not getting fights in order to get one.

Damn that sucks :butthurt:

Hopefully they can sign some fights (like Ariel Sexton vs Tynanes as well as dagi saygid vs anyone) when they rebook this event

I think Prachino is fighting on the August 5th event though. He will have his hands full with Galvao (unless the fight gets into the third round in which case Galvao might pull a dada and self tko via exhaustion)

I'm rather disappointed that OSN sports will broadcasting the Akhmetov vs. Moraes event on delay tomorrow...

The one events that I can usually watch comfortably they are going to mess up for me :x

I was checking the fantasy draft, and I think the card going down tomorrow has some fights with what I would say are clear favorites still available.

I don't even care for women's MMA but Rika Ishige is a rather vicious tiny woman. She is training out of tiger mma which is one of the better gyms in Asia.

Boku is a solid fighter and I would say he will be too much for Kelly.

Meow's boy Idrisov is also still available I think.
