My stats (I'll add max lifts and videos in some occation)

Height, 6,2

Reach 76 inches


Leg day

(no warmup)

Squat

154 x 10 x 2 (30 sec rest between sets then 1-2 minutes before I go higher or lower)
198p x 10 x 2
220 x 10
242 x 8
264 x 8 x 2
242 x 8

154 x 10

legpress

396 x 10
485 x 8
573 x 8
617 x 5
573 x 7
485 x 8
396 x 10

Then I went for a roughly 1,2 mile of intervals.

The reason there are some odd numbers is I converted everything directly from kilograms.

Sometimes I do a little bigger weights with much less sets, just happend to be like this that day.

I think the proper word for this machine is; Lat,
worked my triceps.

Day 3, I made the last post in the middle of the night so it looks like I made two workouts the same day,
wich I havent in this case.

Heavybag (154pounds)

30 sec (full power punches and 30 sec rest between)
30 sec
30 sec
30 sec
30 sec
30 sec

3+3min target mits


1 min (rapid punching then 20 sec pause)
1 min

Grappling

Ground grappling with a allmost completely same size friend 6" 2' 218pounds

3 times with little technique(since we dont have mutch) full power till submission.

Heavybag

1 minute full power punching


I'm done. 8)

The standup and grappling I train in Riento Boxing's facilities with mostly my muay thai and boxing
coach Teemu Silvan and a few buddies(not a big name at all). The weightlifting I do in another
oldschool gym called Pavis.

I'll post some pics sometime.

neck muscles, dumbbell in both hands and pull up with the neck.

44+44 x 12

Then a move I don't know the english term for. For example I start with putting my left knee and my left hand on a bench, having the dumbbell in the other hand and lift it straight up to the side of my chest so it works my upper back and
my bicep.

Sadly, I just noticed I have probably gotten bit by this tick and it has most likely given me something
called Lyme neuroborreliosis. Im to visit the doctor tomorrow to examine what the bite is and if I got
it. If I have it I will be on a penicillin for atleast 5 weeks not beingable to exercise at all.

I had a tick on the left side of my ass a few weeks ago, no joke. Luckily I have not had any symptoms of Lyme. Either way ticks suck ass, I mean blood. Whatever.

Well, In my case I never noticed the actual tick, just a bitemark with a red ring around it. Typical symptome of Lyme,
hope it's only a rash. I kinda wanted the bitemark to be somewhere like on my balls or sumtin, cause we got
a hotass doc over here.
