Doubt that. The heart is known for growing larger leading to painful and deadly heartattacks.

what you said about the heart is very true. the larger heart is called myocardial hypertrophy - the heart muscle grows larger but loses functional reserve. as a result, myocardial infarction (heart attacks) or arrhythmias (disturbed heart rhythms - which can lead to disturbances in blood flow or even make the heart stop!) are characteristic of steroid users. the reason i made that comment was because the glomeruli and tubuli, which are the microscopic functional units of the kidney, probably also undergo hypertrophy when exposed to anabolic substances! so they probably can work harder - and purify the blood better... but this is only my own speculation!

Yeah... its just that usually when you alter the chemistry of your body something goes very wrong......
