2 hrs of pick up basketball

Had just enough to play full court on full regulation court. No games off.

Had to work, only had 15dbs to work with and 5 gal water jugs for cooler

5x20 db curls
5x15 db hammer curls
4x20 db squats
4x20 tricep oh extension
3x15 bent over row with water jugs
4x25 calf raises holding water jugs
10 min jump rope
10 min of store sprints, about 50 yds from front to back

Workout was very intermittent and was done over the course of a 8 hr shift, not ideal but did not want to go more than 3 days without something.

Basketball was great tonight. 2hrs of basketball with the only breaks being between games. I love it when only 10 people show up.

I know, I have been slacking in the log. Well here is the update went to the dr for the shoulder. Partially torn rotator again. I have been sitting out the last few weeks just doing core work, cardio and playing basketball (even though this is a dr no-no, the season starts soon and I want to be in playing shape and form).

Shoulder is feeling strong at rehab and I am actually trying to do it the way the pt suggests instead of my own way. I have been cleared to resume light weight training starting monday so lets home everything goes well and no more set backs.

The hardest thing is going to be going slow and light until my strength builds back up, I am positive that I went heavy to soon and that is why I reinjured the shoulder in the first place.

I will try to do a better job of keeping up to date on the log.

Poomse, haven't heard that term in a long, long time. I think the last form I was learning when I quit TKD was Basai.
