Submission reversals

Postby irishmike357 » Wed Aug 19, 2009 7:18 am

Hey guys I am about to start training about in 2 weeks, after 6 weeks off. I was hoping to get some videos of reversals to drill together. So post some of you favorite/most used reversals here. Thanks

As far as reversals go all I can say is that a straight ankle lock is not the correct counter to a heel hook

The rest, I have no advice that is easily typeable.
We all need some place we can go away to, some place where we can be who we should have been instead of who we are.

The correct counter to a heel hook is tapping out. Especially an inverted one. Ever seen shamrock vs alex cook?

Poor guy got his leg broken in pancrase.....I am pretty sure the poor guy was going for the straight ankle lock as well.
