i love the toe hold. every time i find myself backwords on my opponent i look for one

yea foot locks are a killer.

i like to go for foot locks from the jiu claw position (modified omoplata position)

Here is some advice from Ryron Gracie about the foot lock:

“If you’re having trouble passing the guard, go for their foot, and when their focus shifts to defending the footlock, pass the guard.”
We all need some place we can go away to, some place where we can be who we should have been instead of who we are.
