I like him as much as being pawed in the ass by a kangaroo.

But the UFC needs to book this rematch fast.

His gas tank is questionable, he stands straight up, he looked lost on the ground with Izzy on the offense.

Even a dude like Chimaev would take him down and have his way with him. Hell Blachjwoviz would take him down and shove a finger up his ass like Pereira is Colby Covington.

I would love to see that fight in California so we can see how much he weighs come fight day. Last fight vs Strickland he was 219 the next day

I agree that his stance and extremely limited ground game will make any fight against a competent grappler difficult.

However, I don't think his cardio is too bad.

His cardio is pretty damn good for a dude who is in his late 30s and cuts like 30 pounds to make weight.

Glover is a phenomenal coach and has a great ground game so who knows, he can rematch izzy and then if he wins he can improve his ground game. It could happen. Never know.

It's funny everyone is talking about him being screwed against wrestlers, just like they said about Izzy. Those fast reflexes and his knees might really help him out also. Guys with no chance standing might panic and then the fun could begin.

I genuinely do not know   My brain says yes because Adesayna was winning and about had him out of there at the end of the second round I believe but my heart says Perriera catches him again and leaves Adesayna out cold and humping the canvas

I'm divided too but I think that the next fight will be different. Izzy will not be the champ and have a chip on his shoulder this time. I think he'll have more fun in there and may even get a finish. I'd 100% work on my wrestling if I were him.

Looking back, Florian had an underrated career. If not for BJ he would have been champ for a bit anyways

Hopefully Alex gets a brutal stoppage win and Israel retires out of shame
“You cannot reason someone out of a position they did not reason themselves into. This idea is an expression of tribal identity politics and existential dread, not reason. A rational statement cannot—can never—have the slightest effect on an irrational belief.”
