How does some people get ripped and big so fast?

I know a few people and even friends who has became of obsessed with Body building as of Late. They ALL seem to be using the word "eating clean" and they be posting the food they eat on facebook everday.. that's great and all, but does eating CLEAN and working out like a mad man give you Crazy results because Some of my friends are getting huge, ripped, cut and quite honestly im getting inspired and envious at the same time.

I know having genes have to do with it but should I believe they are not using any enhancement drug?

They are taking their vitamin S .... :beer: People who are using drugs in bodybuilding claiming to be natural pisses me off... I dont give a shit about the drug use but be upfront about it and don't lie..

the drugs will fuck you up ... very fast if you don't know what you're doing ..

Getting jacked and ripped at the same time is next to impossible unless you are jacking your ass full of roids.

Depending on their age & level of experience weight training, it is possible to put on a fair bit of muscle and lower bodyfat during the first couple months and sometimes years of training without changing your diet. If somebody is relatively untrained that is a whole new realm to them and dramatic changes will occur. After sometime training diet & weight training routines become more important to yield similar results.

Additionally when it comes to steroids you will notice their face looking puffier from the water retention, dramatic change in shoulder & chest size during a short period of time. Just some things to look out for, but without pictures or additionally information, I can't say for sure.

Some people are predisposed to have more fast-twitch muscle fibers, and others have more slow-twitch muscle fibers." Fast-twitch fibers power explosive, high-intensity movements like sprinting, they're physically larger to begin with, and they also have a greater potential for growth compared to slow-twitch fibers.
