Why again do you think I need your tomfoolery? And at $3000 an hour, you wouldn't be able to pull that in your life, if that's the case.

I still maintain, the initial punch glanced off of Porrier's shoulder, which would = dive. McDuck was a hype train, that ended up derailing himself.

THANK YOU. I feel somewhat vindicated. I caught a lot of flack for bringing this up the first time, but, I never changed my viewpoint.

There's shady shit in every fight I labeled dive, from just unusual behaviors that have never repeated to obvious positioning and cooperation.

To put it bluntly, UFC exists to make a profit so why wouldn't they manipulate certain things to maximize their profit? Same thing with Ronda, lots of shady things in her UFC fights as well, but that's another topic

That was the point I tried to make before I took my hiatus, was just that the arch of that man's career when you stood back and looked at it, looked very orchestrated. And knowing what we know now, about where that ultimately led, you can see it was orchestrated.

Not to turn this into another Diaz post, but, he WAS the monkey wrench in all of this. That first fight was meant to be an easy win against an unready opponent and that derailed the train. The trouble with the rematch wasnt the money, or Nate being difficult. I think they wanted Nate to throw the fight. Ultimately I believe Nate said, I'll take a few knockdowns, but, after that I'm coming full speed. I think this is the reason Nate smacked Dana upside the head. Payment, for even approaching him about it, in the first place.

With where McDuck ended up fighting Floyd and the invention of Zuffa boxing, it's clear to see what was happening. They sold the UFC and all these freak fights were the payoffs to those investors. McDuck vs Mayweather, wasn't about great fighters fighting it was about getting a return to WME IMG. Who incidentally, ended up buying PBC, which Al Haymon had control of. And who is Haymons biggest client? Floyd. It made no sense at first, but, post trainwreck you can see it clearly.

I think ppl think I am trying to take all of his accolades away. But if it looks fishy, it will always be fishy. Just call it like I see it. The response in the Aldo fight by the UFC brass, let's you know they didn't expect him to win.
