Glory fighters Badri Hari (34) and Hesdy Gerges (34 have both been flagged after their match by the Dutch Institution Sports Justice (ISR) for PED violations.
The ISR has been hired by Glory for over a year now. ISR secretary Henk van Aller commented on the Dutch News Hour that Glory wants to end the partnership with the ISR. Also they hired lawyers to fight the allegations.
Brazilian Ariel Machado and Croat Mladen Brestovac have also been flagged. All four fighters can get sanctions up to four years. A long term ban would likely put ice on the potential Verhoeven vs Hari rematch. A fight that Verhoeven won by TKO (arm injury). The fight vs Hesdy was Hari's comeback fight after serving nearly two years in prison.

It isn't the first time that Badr Hari has been linked with PED before, as the police during a house raid in 2013 found Anapolon, Tamoxifen and cooled genotonorm. He's as dirty as they get, hopefully it does end up in a suspension and doesn't get completely covered up by Glory. As they are trying to.
If Hari and Brestovac are found guilty it would mean that only 1 out of the last 6 opponents Rico Verhoeven has fought, hasn't been caught with PED.
