Poor fucker has to fight Jon bones Jones at UFC 235.

His stand up is decent and he carries power but Jones is Jones. I don't see smith dropping him and also don't see how smith will be able to keep Jones off of him. The grappling is a huge advantage for Jones imo.

Smith is gonna come out swinging for the fences because that’s his only chance. Jon will outsmart him unless smith catches him somehow. I’d love to see jones get KTFO though

This is for sure the only move, Gus Jones and dc are the only higher ranked lhw's and we've seen those fights four times.

Happy for smith even though he hurt my man Mauricio real bad, should be a good payday for him I just don't see how he gets a w here.

Love an upset though, would be super psyched if this is turns out like Bigfoot overeem or nunes cyborg.

Easiest payday JBJ will have in quite sometime. Smith takedown d is suspect at best

I'm actually liking the L Cuckhold call out, think his style can present problems jbj hasn't seen

 No.

Just no.

Rockhold let Bisping get close enough to land a punch that dropped him.

Jones can land a kick to the legs, body or head that makes Luke beg for mercy from another Zip code.

Rockhold is nowhere near quick or strong enough, let alone good enough everywhere, to give Jones any issues. Only thing is a dislocated/broken toe like in the Chael fight.

Point was that Luke would be a tougher style test then Smith, since JBJ likes to fight at Kickn range & thats Luke's forte .. ontop of his ttd being much better

Now if you said JBJ would just muscle em, clinch / pin em up against the cage (i.e branch) & work em inside w/those vicious elbows, that would of made much more sense.. & thats prob how it would go down

I was thinking this also. We've seen a trend over the past 5 years or so of people losing their belts in odd fashion that wasn't expected.

Rose beats jj via KO like wtf
Bisping beats Rockhold via KO like wtf
Fat Daniel Cormier beats Stype via KO like wtf
Weidman beats Silva via KTFO like wtf
Woodley beats Lawler via KTFO like wtf
McGregor beats Aldo via KTFO like wtf
Dildo beats Cruz via dominating decision
Nunes beats Cyborg via KTFO like wtf
Holm beats Rousey via KTFO like wtf

There's probably more unexpected huge wins in title fights but my point remains.

I don't think Anthony will bring anything that Jones hasn't seen before and I think he will lose, but if Jones sleeps on the guy's hunger or power or confidence, he will be embarrassed. It's definitely possible, important point Kezza made here IMO

I like Smith alot he has improved immensely and has a good reach and power to counter cheating Jones but he's gonna need some takedown defense and hard/heavy and frequent leg kicks.Dont know why Gus didn't use the shit outta them and basically choose to try almost the exact same thing but with less imagination which was just to predictible. Of course Gus did say that groin strike messed him up so maybe that's why.
