Greg Hardy is for real Wargon!

RIZIN, UFC, Bellator, ONE Championship, PFL, and many more!

Greg Hardy is for real Wargon!

Postby DeceptaCon » Thu Jun 14, 2018 7:41 pm

If you focus on Hardy as just a fighter and forget what he has done outside the cage he has a lot of tools to become successful in the UFC HW division. He is a in his prime top NFL athlete, he has great footwork, speed, great power in his hands and explosive as fuck. His circumstances are different so its very rare to see an elite athlete in his prime to switch to MMA from the NFL, NBA, MLB or NHL. Sure we have had scrub ex NFL players like Brock, Mattrione and Schuab crossover but what have they ever done except for win the UFC HW championship, beat Fedor and give us the best KO gif ever! Just think what a "top of the food chain athlete" - Joe Rogan, will be capable of doing in the UFC. Jon Jones has already destroyed the UFC and his brother is an NFL athlete, just think if he were a NFL caliber athlete what he would have done. When top tier athletes start going straight to the UFC instead of the NFL, NBA, MLB or NHL we are going to see the real new breed!

Frank Trigg should be his wrestling coach, just do not get Brett Rogers as your strength and conditioning coach.

He, Travis Browne, Cody East, Will Chope, Thiago Silva, and Josh Grispi should form a team

Brett Rogers could teach Greg Hardy a thing or two.
Not a good thing or two but defintely a thing or two.

But we should reel back the reins here, Greg Hardy could prove to be a good Matt Mittrione which is at best an over-the-hill Fedor.
So good but still loses to the likes of Matt Mittrione.
I think Greg has superb athleticism that clearly translates into KO power but let's keep our dicks in our pants till he fights someone of worth.
I actually like Danas plan of a slow build and keeping him on the contenders series for another fight.
I honestly don't know who you match him up with after that as he'll still likely only be 2-0 as a professional but if he calls out Lewis they could set up a grudge match there.
So I'll catch up with this wagon when he makes some actual noise that's not on a police scanner.

I'd like to see him smashing 3-4 more cans before he goes to test himself against people like Anthony Perosh or Mustapha Al turk

He isn't even that bad. I see him doing about as well as Mitrione because there just aren't that many athletic big men out there.
