Phoenix 4 was quite good ... ng-strong/

side the guts of Bangkok, Thailand, Phoenix Fighting Championship stages its first event of 2018, Phoenix 5, with plenty of powerful Muay Thai talent shaping up the card. That, in turn means fans can be sure that great things are bound to happen.

On the main card of Phoenix 5, Youssef Boughanem will defend his Rajadamnern belt against 2 time Lumpinee champion NOPPAKAW Siriluck muaythai. But that’s not all, a WBC World title and a Phoenix Championship belt will also be at stake for this fight!

Boughanem claimed the Phoenix middleweight Muay Thai World Title when he headlined the “Phoenix 3 UK vs. The World” card in London on Sept. 22, 2017, putting an end to UK’s own Artur Saladiak.

Also on the card, Youssef’s brother, Yassine Boughanem, will be competing for the WBC World Title.

Not only will this be by far the most exciting, entertaining and explosive muay thai exhibition for and by phoenix promotion to date, it brings us honour to have world known thai fighters across the card, in their home land. A land that has and will always procure top levels and numbers of professional original talent – Phoenix President Chahe Yerevanian

In other bouts, Mohamed Souane will face SINGSUIRIYA Mor Rattanbandit for the Phoenix Middleweight World Title, and Seksan Or. KwangMuang will will get his rematch as he looks to avenge his previous loss against one of Thailand’s top fighters Yoklekpeth Or Atchariya.

As if those fights weren’t enough to satisfy your needs, Rambong Sor Sommai is taking on Seuamit Mor Powwana at 121lb, Sakmongkol sor Sommai takes on Victor Conesa at 142lb (Phoenix World Title), Mongkongkiew Sor Sommai takes on Rodtuang Jitmuangnon at 130lb (Phoenix World Title), Chanasuek Kor Kankampanat faces Lamamamoonlek Or Atchariya at 126lb, and Ekmekin MorkrungthepTongburi faces Khlongsuap Petchmeunyai at 136lb.
