I've never done DLs and when I try them I don't feel like I am doing them right, so until I can get some coaching I am holding off. As for OHP, I figured that is pretty much the same as military press right? I could be way off on that though lol.

Day 10:
Squat- 170, 180, 190x3
Bench- 155, 165, 175x3


I notice I am alot stronger (at least I feel that way), and while I have not gotten much bigger (I don't intend to) my muscles feel much harder and I am losing alot of fat around my gut. This seems to be working as of right now.

Update.

Had to put my strength routine on hold for now and go heavy on the running. Trip to Thailand was cancelled and PT test postponed, but now I got it coming up in a week, so I just wanted to get some running in. Limited time in the gym means I had to cut something out for now.

Juha - are your workouts really that low volume / high intensity, or are you leaving out warm up or other working sets for the sake of brevity in the workout log? Seems like youre able to do some pretty high intensity stuff right off the bat, if not.
