Water!!!!!!

just drink water, nothing else. Hydrate before hand, you should be training more then 3 hours at a time, sipping water here and there between breaks is your best bet. Before class drink water all day, coconut water works, but it is not needed. Water water water.

Yes,indeed.I also take ordinary water, which is of course, the classic choice than sports drinks, and energy drinks.

I mix 3 scoops w/ one of PW pre-workout and drink during the first 2-3 exercises then repeatedly fill the water bottle drinking about a total of a gallon throughout the workout
