can anyone give me some info...all I know is one is absorbed faster, that's why it's good to use both post workout??

I think that's what I heard....anyone know anything useful? ...or do I gotta do my own research?

They are supposedly more "pure". Hydroslylate is very expensive though since it is broken down even more and absorbed faster.
Hydrosylate > isolate > concentrate.
Just buy something like isopure or something clean with no carbs and youre good to go.

I actually buy a concentrate that is EXTREMELY expensive but the difference is its made with grass fed cows milk, and its organic.
