Question (not complaint) about Spam.

Postby KOdestruction » Sat Jan 26, 2013 6:26 am

The point of this thread isn't to complain about spam, there's been enough of that already. I just have something that confuses me with the spam.

When i reply to a thread and look at the top of my message, it always says "Re: Name Of Thread" and then my name and my post etc etc. But for some reason this spam bots seem to be able to spam in specific threads without having the "Re:Name Of Thread"

Look at this pic:

Hermosarco's post is clearly in the "Official:Positive Thread" but it doesn't seem to be a reply to the thread. How is this posible? Why doesn't his post have the "Re: OFFICIAL: Positive Thread" label that crim's post right underneath has? is this just a secret weapon of spambots?

just curious,

Nah I think they're just programmed to edit the subject line when they post.
