5.75 mile run at around 8 min pace. currently training for a 1/2 marathon on Dec. 1st

4x10 chin ups
4x25 pushups
4x12 dips
4x12 body weight rowing
4x20 sit ups

Sun: 15 mile mountain bike ride and several sets of stairs at a local college


today: 5.25 mile run
