Calculated my nutritional info as close as I could (first time Ive ever done this) and was a bit surprised by pretty much everything. Heres what it currently looks like (I got rid of fractions):

Calories - 3505
Protein - 177
Carbs - 449
Fat - 90

Im thinking I need more protein and fat, and less carbs...

What is your current H and W?

My bad lol, I missed that part. Looks pretty good, for some reason I thought you were 200lbs

This wasn't a planned workout, but just wanted to do some benching at home without a smith machine...got carried away later and decided to power clean as well...

Bench press - work up to 3rm - 180.5 lbs
Power clean - work up to 1rm - 202.5 lbs (failed it the first 2 attempts, but finally got it on #3)
