Not sure if a thread like this has been made yet. I searched and didn't see anything, so post your favorite healthy recipes in this thread. I need some more variety in my diet and I'm interested in hearing what some of your favorite recipes are. Give as much detail as possible (ingredients, steps, etc.).

Just finished eating this. Tons of protein, minimal carbs and fat. Just remember to add the water only to the QUINOA, not to the entire meatloaf mix :lol:

I just had a meatloaf the other day, and that Quinoa turkey meatloaf looks delicious.

Hopefully more people see this and add some recipes. I would if I knew any, but not really the best cook and let the GF do most of it. Ill try and remember some good healthy meals and get some recipe links in here.

Triley's a chef I dont' know where he's been lately but he's got tons I'm sure.

My post lifting meal for a few months now has actully been steel cut oats. mixed with ground turker seared like a mofo so its crunch with some spinach and brocali in there, i fire up a huge batch about once a month and eat it for about a week or two.

Its suprisingly good, with a big of hot sauce. But really most of my cooking skill goes to making tasty and terrible for you food. Heathy eaters can go fuck themselfs of make it their own dam self like I do.

Its a nice topic and bet place to share recipes. I need your help friends. I want to make vegetable pizza but the problem is this i have no any recipe of it. I have no any idea to make it. if you people will share some recipes of making vegetable pizza then i can make pizza easily at home. Kindly reply must and share some healthy recipes of vegetable pizza.
