After every workout, for the general muscular soreness that comes with working the muscles hard, regardless of the activity, I just have a regular protein shake. Just grab like a giant bucket of some protein powder and have a shake after your class. I find my muscles feel completely fine when I do that.
But, like the other guys here have said, you will get more and more accustomed to the way you feel afterwards. Make sure you stretch properly beforehand as well. Back, neck, legs, etc. You should be fine.
