You'll get use to it

I hated every minute of training, but I said, "Don't quit.
Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.

Depends on what you want to recover from. Mat burn recovery is really just putting some antibiotic ointment on there, a bandaid, then wrapping some athletic tape before practice. Knee and elbow pads help. I don't know about any supplements or other stuff, I just stretch and if it is some serious pain, one Advil should take care of it.

After every workout, for the general muscular soreness that comes with working the muscles hard, regardless of the activity, I just have a regular protein shake. Just grab like a giant bucket of some protein powder and have a shake after your class. I find my muscles feel completely fine when I do that.

But, like the other guys here have said, you will get more and more accustomed to the way you feel afterwards. Make sure you stretch properly beforehand as well. Back, neck, legs, etc. You should be fine.

Good luck
