My pull ups suffered because I got to where I couldn't hold myself on the bar due to forearm fatigue. I have decided to record my total pounds lifted to hopefully get to the million pound club. I should probably set a deadline for that to help motivate me. I will probably increase my deadlift weight again, but before my knee injury I moved up in weight too quickly and my form was crap. I want to make sure I maintain good form and the last two reps in sets 4 and 5 were both of questionable quality.
