Bad nutrition and lack of sleep ftl. Unfortunately I didn't eat too much yesterday. I got caught up cleaning and completely forgot about food. I did however end up drinking a shit load of water throughout the process. Anyway on to these numbers...

The day i've dreaded has arrived. It's fine though, I know I need to pace myself and i'm exctied about doing better next session!
