Bad nutrition and lack of sleep ftl. Unfortunately I didn't eat too much yesterday. I got caught up cleaning and completely forgot about food. I did however end up drinking a shit load of water throughout the process. Anyway on to these numbers...

1.17.11

BP: 155x5 155x5 155x3

Squat: 155x5 155x5 155x4 (5th rep my form felt a bit off and I didn't squat as deep as I should've)

OHP: 50x5 50x5 50x5

The day i've dreaded has arrived. It's fine though, I know I need to pace myself and i'm exctied about doing better next session!

Squat: 3x5 @ 175 (accidentally added too much weight but didn't realize it until after my first set... I blew through it with no problem... so I kept the weight there. Form didn't falter..)

BP: 1x15 @ 85 (only completed warm-up.. shoulder was aching since I woke up in the morning and wouldn't support much weight.. It happens for some reason..)

DL: 1x5 @175

I failed to eat an adequate amount yesterday and couldn't even make it through my workout before getting extremely dizzy and light headed...I probably should've taken a clue after the warm up and just worked out in the evening.
