ok, im just coming off a shoulder injury, so my numbers will probably be a little jacked up for the first few weeks. i normally lift monday wendesday and friday doing bill stars 5x5 and i run on the days in between. and if im feeling froggy ill add a little jump rope and some body weight exercises ie sit ups push ups etc.
also im in the navy so i have to pt with them mon wed and fri mornings as well, but their pt consists of 3-5 people alternating between workouts that they make up on the spot and maybe a 2 mile run at about a 9-10 minute mile pace.
todays work out is going to be a 5-6 mile run.
