ok, im just coming off a shoulder injury, so my numbers will probably be a little jacked up for the first few weeks. i normally lift monday wendesday and friday doing bill stars 5x5 and i run on the days in between. and if im feeling froggy ill add a little jump rope and some body weight exercises ie sit ups push ups etc.

also im in the navy so i have to pt with them mon wed and fri mornings as well, but their pt consists of 3-5 people alternating between workouts that they make up on the spot and maybe a 2 mile run at about a 9-10 minute mile pace.

todays work out is going to be a 5-6 mile run.

iv put on a bit of weight, im looking to put on about 10-15 more lbs of muscle and then lean up. im at roughly 170 right now, and after all of this id like to be at about 180. also cardio, i like to run a few miles on a regular basis normally 3-6 miles or i do sprints, i sprint down the basket ball court and walk back 10 times. i alternate between the distance running and the sprints every other run day. a normal week for me will have 3 lifting days and 3 running days with sunday off.

i didnt get a chance to work out yesterday, my leave request got denied short notice so i had to cancel all my flights, and tell my family i wasnt gonna be able to make it back.

today all i did was an elliptical tabata and one set of 30 with my ab roller

today was a heavy day

bench: 5x205 5x205 4x205 3x205 3x205
squat: 5x225 5x225 5x235 4x235 3x235
weighted pull-ups: 5x35 5x45 4x45 3x45 3x45

i did this taking about 5 minutes in between sets.

i was still kinda testing the waters coming off of this AC strain.

after i lifted i did a 4 minute tabata on the rowing machine.

Edit: i forgot one of my sets of pull ups.

after lifting yesterday, i decided that i am going to change my routine around a bit since i think my shoulder is doing good enough to get back to my muay thai and bjj classes.


New Schedule:

Mon: lift/tabata
Tue: muay thai/ greco
Wed: lift/ tabata
Thur:muay thai
Fri: lift/ tabata
Sat: bjj and some sort of cardio in the afternoon.
Sun: off

Mon: bjj
Tue: lift/tabata
Wed: bjj
thurs: lift/ tabata
Fri: muay thai
Sat: lift/tabata
Sun: off

Edit: decided to make it a 2 week schedule to even out the bjj/ muay thai classes
