lol, i wish, i see those hardcore gym rats with like 60 lbs hanging off them, haha. I'm getting there, though.

Smith, do you not think that 14 sets for chest in the 5-8 range is overkill?

Bench, incline and then dips aren't too much. Dips focus more on triceps btw.

Regardless of how you lean you're still focusing more on triceps than chest as your arms are pinned in near your sides.

man...i had that swine flu..and couldn't work out...then i've had this nagging cough drainage and phlem since....3 weeks off basically, it really sux

You can probably start up right where you left off Gonzo. Ironically, I've made some of my biggest gains while having the flu last winter. TheraFlu Cough Syrup definitely is 90% roidz.

so basically this was the worst fail by me of all time, lol.

Starting something new though.

Yes, i was gaining strength, yes I was probably off to a great start and had good feeling all around doing it. But my heart wasn't in it. Smith, one day I'll get into your style of working out, idk, just isn't for me at this point.
