Worst thing they could do right now is to get rid of Grant. I think they've got to back him this transfer window, he's a top manager. The only man who could possibly replace him is Allardyce, and I think if they're going down that road a) they need to do it now, so he has time and the transfer window to work with and b) be prepared for the backlash from Hammers fans - they won't be happy about it

I don't watch soccer really, I dont dislike it or anything just never got into it.
