Went up to 315 pounds on squats today for my 3rd and 4th set. Got 10 reps each time. 1rst and 2nd set I did 275 for 15 reps and then 295 for 12 reps.

yea, since I quit Logging I got mtn bike and I ride all over the hills in the fingerlakes....i live in in good spot for that

I'm talking about non cardio strength training. Squats, seated leg press, dead lift, etc.

my last numbers are 286 on the incline press for 8 reps, 290 for squats -8 reps after lunges with two 50 kg (110 pounds) dumbbells, 315 for deadlifts for 10 reps. Yesterday I was weighing 87 kg (191.5 pounds).

I don't do bench press since about 2-3 years but do dumbbell press - 50 kg/dumbbell for as high as 12 reps (the gym does not have bigger dumbbells)

Lifting for 7 years on and off only got real serious about 9 months ago.
Starting Weight: fuck if I know
Current Weight: 200 17% BF

Stats
Squat: 380
Deadlift: 375
Bench: 275
Standing Overhead Press: 155
Powerclean: Not sure stopped doing it because of wrist issues

Did Starting Strength for about 7 months then reduced my major lifts to 3x3 to preserve strength because I was cutting for 2 months. Lost 10 pounds of fat that I had put on during bulking. Tried doing the old 20 rep squat program and it worked well for 2 weeks. Hardest shit I had ever done. I wanted to give up by the 10th rep. I got massive headaches afterward due to a neck strain so I've taken the last week off and I'm probably going to run Wendlers 5/3/1 hypertrophy program instead because those exertion headaches were god awful.

245, lifting my entire adult life.

My most recent squat was 495
Dead 570 with a trap bar, I dont use straight bars anymore
Bench and SOHP are struggling via shoulder rehab but
Bench 255
SOHP 160

Meh not terribly impressive considering how much easier trap bar dead is. I doubt I could break 500 with a conventional pull.

My age, shit I assume I got a good 15 years before my ages starts negatively effecting my power. I hope to be able to Press my BW in the next year or so, either by losing weight or getting stronger, or both.

I do squat like a boss tho, always been my best lift. Be back above 500 by the end of the year.

Cool thread, Biscuits--just came across this gem.

I’m 33, 5’10”, and weigh 200-210 lbs. I’ve been lifting for 20 yrs., but with different goals at different times. I used to make weight as low as 135 lbs., and wouldn’t lift heavy when weight was an issue. When I lift seriously, tend to lift much more like a powerlifter, than bodybuilder.

I’m going to give two sets of stats, because ~11 months ago, I had a complete rupture of my right pectoralis major (full pec tear). Here are my pre- and post-tear stats, along with pec tear pics (ouch!).

Pre-pec tear (11 months ago):
Bench press 405
Deadlift 515 (I never use wrist wraps on DL.)
I don’t know my squat--have an old injury that nags if I squat much.

Post-tear:
Current bench 375
Current deadlift 455
Not where I was a year ago, but am making progress. Below are days 1-4 after my pec tear.
