yea, I do 20 sets, trying to hit ten reps for 10 sets then moving up in weight...I am always using between 205 and 230, depending on when I take 10 days off. which is about every 6-7 weeks.
Interesting. I usually work out 6 days a week and take either saturday or sunday off.f

Did Starting Strength for about 7 months then reduced my major lifts to 3x3 to preserve strength because I was cutting for 2 months. Lost 10 pounds of fat that I had put on during bulking. Tried doing the old 20 rep squat program and it worked well for 2 weeks. Hardest shit I had ever done. I wanted to give up by the 10th rep. I got massive headaches afterward due to a neck strain so I've taken the last week off and I'm probably going to run Wendlers 5/3/1 hypertrophy program instead because those exertion headaches were god awful.
