OK ill start (dont tease me  )

Im 19 years old

-Years lifted / experience: Been lifting for about 4/5 years now, started lifting about 2 years seriously. The majority of my research comes from the internet, including a couple e-books and various forums. (All my advice should be considered sem-legit, i wont be giving out information on a topic i know nothing of)

-Starting weight: When i started lifting I was 100 lbs, 5'2 @ about 12% bf

-Current weight and height: I weigh about 148, 5'4, @ about 10% bf

-Lifting Stats
Deadlift: 315 x 5
Squat: 225 x 5 (Oly style, parallel could go 275 x 5)
Military press: 90 x 5 (weak i know)

-Picture (only have one of my back about couple months ago @ 140 lbs) (no lats)

UPDATE: Current pic

I've been lifting since June last year. I haven't missed a lift from laziness or being sick since. For about five months I lifted like a ra-tard. Ate like a ra-tard. November I started to get really serious and started doing SS.
I've been training MMA for about a year and a half. I do BJJ as well. I was about 155 when I started lifting around 15% body fat. Now I am at 175 and around 10-11% BF. I'm 6' tall.
Bench 175 x 5
Squat 205 x 5
Dead 315 x 5
SOHP 100 x 5
Curlz 45 x 8 (CTFAMB)
These are my stats, I haven't done 1RM's in a while. I'm going to do a bunch today to see where I should be for 531

Here's me awaiting the official decision!

Yeah I want to get bigger but then again I don't. I like my weight class and I feel like if I fought the champ for the promotion I fight for at 55 I could beat him right now. He wall n stalled one of my training partners for 5 rounds. So I want a piece of him soon lol. If I gain another 5lbs I think I'll be kissing 155 good bye. The weight classes from 170 to 205 are pretty big chumps. I don't really want to be fight turds that gas in 30 seconds.

Ah i see, well you could always go for strength for now (as youre currently doing)

I mean you can always gain size 2-3 years from now

That might be the plan, I'm not sure yet.

Just turned 24 years old.

Guess I've had 4 or so years of real lifting. The entire last year has been wasted due to a series of injuries - rib yanked out of place caused a vertebral subluxation, hip piriformis blowout, hyperextended wrist, and, most recently, two vertebrae knocked out of position.

6 feet tall and 180 pounds.

Some relatively recent stats:
Deadlift: 455-465 (hook grip - injured wrist prevents over-under)
Jerk from rack: 255
Powersnatch: 176 3x1
Front squat: 275-285 x 2
Clean & jerk: 225 (also 220 for a double)

I haven't tested for max squats, presses, etc for quite a while. I accidentally hit a fairly easy 330 high-bar back squat at the end of a workout without really thinking about it, but stopped because it was supposed to be a light day. I won't demean a stat thread with predictions of what I could hit.

Very nice jerk, and clean and jerk and well, everything lol.
One question, since we are about the same body type, how do you feel your height hurts your dead lift?

I'm 33 years old. I've lifted off and on since I was about 14 years old. I played football, baseball, and basketball in highschool and starting lifting then. I studied Tang Soo Do as a teen and BJJ in later years. I got into MMA after highschool and continued lifting some, but nothing consistant. I'm 6ft. I weighed around 175lb when I started lifting. I could only bench 115lb my first day. I'm about 245 right now. I've put on weight since I stopped fighting. I used to walk around at about 225. I've got into lifting hard and heavy since I've stopped fighting. I eat and lift, and I like it. :D I'm currently doing a modified 5x5 program with a lot of assistance work. I may switch to Wendlers powerlifting 5/3/1 in 3-4 months. I just got into taking supps. I never took anything more than a multi before this year. My lifts have went down a litte from a couple of months ago. I had to stop lifting for a little bit because of an health issue. I'm just getting back into my routine this week. :D My current stats on the four majors are:

BP 335
SOHP 195
SQ 385 (I could possibly do more, but I've got bad knees and I don't want to try anything heavier right now.)
DL 495

I would like to eventually get to 400lb on the BP, 225 on the SOHP, 455 on the SQ, and 595 on the DL.

Let's have no leaders. Nobody here is good enough to really claim any such title - I don't have nearly a high enough opinion of my lifting to presume that I can use my numbers as proof of my knowledge.

My numbers aren't a complete embarrassment, but the lack of progress for the last year is. I'm making some major shifts in the next few months, in all likelihood, and will hopefully be back on track going forward.

Injuries came as part of lifting, and due in no small part to trying to match my coach's numbers when my body told me to stop. That's a mistake I've learned a good deal from. I now have a sense of when my body is being lazy and when I'm really risking injury.

The deadlift is with chalk - that pretty much goes without saying. My hands sweat heavily and early on in a lifting session.

Not at all. There's a common build that favors the deadlift - tall, lanky, with long arms, and preferably a short torso. I can name a slew of guys who posted awesome deadlift numbers with relatively poor squats, presses, etc. Judging by your numbers, your overhead press video, and your picture, I can say with some confidence you are actually predisposed towards the deadlift.

In point of fact, my build quite distinctly favors no lift. Most lifts benefit from slightly unusual leverages, but my build is absurdly proportionate, probably better for bodybuilding than some strength sports. Apparently I'm nearly a perfect match for stuff like the Vitruvian ratios and other such things. I'm a bit tall for squats, my arms are a bit long for pressing, and I suspect that I very slightly favor the deadlift due to my build, but hardly at all. Adding bodyweight will be the key to properly filling out my levers - getting to at least 200 will be needed.
