None of those rounds were as deserving of 10-8 as round 5 of the main event.

Naaaaaa I completely disagree none of the Romero/Whitaker rounds were 10-8 by any means.Holly was able to take Megan down and stop her from any and all offense for the complete round which can be seen as a true 10-8
This is a no brainer 48 to 47 fight for Whitaker anyones that disagrees is a Romero nuthugger.
Robert landed all kids of offense in the 3rd and 5th rounds even when he was rocked and thats NO 10-8!!!

Or Robert won a split decision by winning 3 rounds and the other 2 were not 10-8s for Romero. But Yea Great fight, to bad Robert fucked his hand up so early.I think thats the only reason it was even that close.Romero couldnt beat a one handed Robert Whitaker come on folks hes gonna be #2 as long as Roberto holds that belt.

Oh yea I almost forgot to thank Phil Brooks goofy ass for the comic relief and I hope hes enjoying being bumped to the main card instead of AO vs Blaydes.I dont think Black Power Jackson whos name was surely given to him could have been any better.Looking away during gnp

A single 10-8 round would've made a draw and Dana did not want that

 Romero has Whittaker on skates and hurt through out the entire round, but no 10-8....Holly Holm stays on top of Megan, and at no point lands a concussing blow = 10-8? :| :|

Rob made it rather clear how bad he was getting dominated when he said"I survived" the rounds.

Either way, hats off to Rob he still showed incredible toughness.

Another fight with Yoel is probably the last thing he wants at this point.

LHW is rather thin so Yoel moving up for a shot at a contender like Gustafsson could be good.

That would be interesting fight. I wonder if he would have better cardio in that division. I still think he would lose, but who knows. The guy has so much power, that he could smash Gustafsson with one good punch, followed by crazy amount of gnp.

I am okay with Robert winning, I think Robert vs Gastelum is a good fight to make. Even though Gastelum lost to Chris, he has a win over Jacare, and a former champ. Where as Weidman isn't consistent, and 1-3 in his last 4, he should have to win maybe 2 more fights, before getting a shot at the belt.

I think gatselem vs Whitaker is the fight to make 2 youg hung hungry talented fighters going at it for the tittle. I also agree Whitaker won. I mean if u want to give 10 8 rounds there were rpimxs where Romero landed 1 or 2 strikes in the whole round where Whitaker landed 50 to 100. Should that also b a 10 8 rounds when Whitaker is teeing off on a stationary yoel with a broken eye socket easily stuffing him into the Matt?

rpimxs? No, because Romero was all over a hurt and concussed Whittaker. There is a huge difference.
