My first century Bob

Postby FichRanklin » Thu Dec 20, 2012 8:23 pm

Grabbed one online because I've never had the chance to try one and I had enough spare cash for once in my life!
but thats beside the point! was wondering if someone could give me a run down(Are wraps a must for light-medium power sparing? Does it always fall over when you land a nice kick or punch?) im interested in knowing what im getting into so feedback from some current or previous users would be much appreciated!

Having a century bob is kinda great exercise for the muscles and engaging more punching and kicking techniques...
