This is an old video, but one thing I wanted to highlight was his watch the Motoactv. The watch is comparable to all the other GPS watches. I've had the watch since it first hit the market. It is basically running watch/with built in MP3 player. Since I bought the new hardware, its run the gambit of glitches/patches/ppl flaming on the forum/leading to it being shelfed. Which is quite unfortunate as this little beauty has helped me keep up with my times, miles ran per week, and it keeps my pace on the fly.
It also downloads golf course maps and helps me keep track of scores (good for low life friends that like to cheat) and gives me map layout of the course
Also checkout the weights he puts underwater, kind of reminds me of the contraption Ando has used in the past
Cool video. Oddly i do a lot of similar work outs for the high intensity explosiveness and cardio. It seems like what Condit's trainer has him doing is a lot of sports work outs which is cool. Thanks for sharing this vid. I'll probably attempt to incorporate some of this in my work outs since i'm not a big lifter.
