I'm currently working a post workout shake into my routine. I'm using 100% Whey Protein 20g GNC Pro Performance line. I usualy just mix it with water and drink it like that, but last night I decided to put a few small scoops of ice cream and peanut butter in a blender with some milk and mix it all up in my blender. It was amazing, it actually felt a lot more hardy and filled me up pretty well.
Is this a bad idea? Doing more harm then good or what? Thanks!
