gogos are sick looking moves. a guy pulled one in class monday night. it was so slick i almost couldnt believe it

Gogo from mount looks like the most painful choke ever. I need to work on my flexibility before I can pull that off though.

Yeah, me to.
My knee always feels really weird and I'm afraid I'm gonna do something to the bone if I push it to hard.

this is just one of those natural moves that pop up. I started doing this before Nino made it popular. You gotta put time into stretching and be aware that if you aren't flexible .. there are a couple ways for your opponent to submit you while you trying the mission control position of the normal route to the gogo.

heres a variation of it called the "wicked" gogoplata that is used when someone blocks your attempt at a normal gogo

I only catch it when someone is really distracted.
I honestly haven't figured out how to incorporate it in a game plan.
