Game of Thrones

Postby DildoBaggins » Mon May 30, 2011 1:38 am

Anyone seen this shit yet? It's a new fantasy series on HBO and it's fucking awesome, imo. It has medieval kind of theme and seems to be focused around political drama and war. Overall it has very good acting, good character development, good action, good drama, and quite a bit of T&A (not really necessary for the show cause it would be just as good without it but it helps sell it for some people).

Here's a trailer for those who are interested.

I just discovered it a couple days ago so I've been catching up. I don't normally watch a lot of TV (or series for that matter) but I'm enjoying this show a lot.

I haven't managed to watch an episode of it yet since it's on HBO and I can't find it online anywhere that works but it's based on George RR Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire which is an incredibly detailed in depth book series... if they can pull this off well and keep people interested then I will still hold onto hope that The Wheel of Time will eventually be made into a series at some point.
We all need some place we can go away to, some place where we can be who we should have been instead of who we are.

Looks good, I'll have to watch it, Sean Bean is always a good choice.

After hearing nothing but good things about it I decided to give it a watch. Im about 35 mins into the first episode and had to drop by to say that theres a shitload of boobies in this. Four pairs already, I hope it keeps going like this in each episode...

I love this show and I really want to get into the books eventually...my friend who is up to date with the books says don't get too attached to any characters because soooooooo many people get killed off
