What's your favorite submission to pull off?

I really like the Armbar and triangle choke. I also like the kneebar.

Well, I'm not training MMA nor something else, but I really liked the Anaconda Choke since the very first time I saw it (when Renato Sobral won over David Heath).

It looks pretty nice.

I also like the Triangle.

gogoplata is the coolest looking submission when it's pulled off successfully.

Kimora is the easisty probably, but i like pulling off the triangle from the mount position...i like how fast they wanna roll and flip me but really they roll right into it =P

big nog did the anaconda on way more opps than babalu ( actually two i think) and before him to. i can tell you what sub i hate . the heel hook it allways reminded me of trip tackleing in foot ball just straight bitch shit .personally i like to see good defense against submission rather than the submission
