Strength gains! Some size will come, but sticking with 5 reps and not taking but 2-3 min rest between sets will not cause you to get a great deal bigger. When you get above 6 reps or 6 sets that's when hypertrophy really kicks in. 8 to 12 reps is what guys usually do for hypertrophy. Stick with the 5 reps of 5 sets and it's strength that you will be gaining and a little size.

Michigan Sports Camp? Sounds good. My wrestling was always a weak area for me. We didn't have wrestling at my highschool. I was a boxer and kickboxer that added BJJ and Judo.

Yup, MSC. I'm ready to step outside of my comfort zone and really push my wrestling. I can man handle non wrestlers, but guys who have been doing it since they were 6 give me problems. My wrestling is that one thing I know can be a big problem in the future of my career, so I am tightening it up while I can.
Right now, my boxing with purely hands is my weakest point. My kicks are great, I also box great against people I can drop my hands against but when I need to use a high guard my boxing sucks.

Got 200lbs on squat yesterday! My buddy was doing it for reps and I was like fuck it I wanna give it a drop.
Started back on starting strength numbers are looking good.
Moving out in a few months to live with my brother during summer break, he wants to start lifting with me. Anyone got any tips for helping a 280 monster gain muscle?
