I stay around 2200 - 2400 right now to lean out for my fight, I was 178 last night and I have to get to 156.5 April 27th.
I wake up and have 3 hard boiled eggs or Oat Meal or Bananas and Peanut Butter
Mid afternoon I'll make some whole grain pasta or make a tuna sandwich on 12 grain wheat
I'll go to my first training session and after wards I'll still be at the gym so I'll grab a few bananas that I brought and almonds and eat some of them. After my second session I'll have whey mixed with chocolate milk if I don't plan on eating anything to get my insulin back up (I hear that milk and whey makes a more casein protein effect?).
After I get that shake down I'll have chicken breast with broccoli brown rice and some sauce. Before bed I'll have some cottage cheese. That is just a rough day to day, I'll post my fitday log later

MMA, I compete in grappling actively. Have a few medals, nothing big. This will be my first amateur MMA fight. Been doing MMA for a year now 5 days a week. I am the grappling coach at my gym. I take it pretty seriously, so I was never in a hurry to get in there.

Been sticking to SS, has been going great. Added hanging cleans, curls and BOR for 12 sets. Thursday is my last lifting day until after my fight. Anyone have any good idea for cardio that is going to lean me out?

Started a week ago at 175, I'm 164 right now. 155 here I come! I have my weight cut planned out, it all starts Monday! Weigh ins are next Friday and I have 35 hours to re-hydrate after my weigh in until my fight. Have every hour or so planned on what Im going to eat and everything.

Yeah I stopped lifting, I am looking to focus more on cardio. I am a week out now so I am slowing way down and just focusing on my cut. I need some good cardio and core workouts.
